Orders are dispatched within one business day in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no product imagery or wording. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, express 1–2. Orders over $75 ship complimentary.

Billing

Your statement shows a neutral descriptor rather than the product name, so nothing is disclosed on shared accounts.

Returns

Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products are final sale. Faulty items are replaced or refunded within the warranty period.
